We made a deliberate architectural decision early on: process everything locally, store nothing remotely. Not because we had to — but because it was the right thing to do.

Privacy is not a checkbox for us. It's one of the core reasons Lovelytics exists the way it does.

Can Lovelytics read my chats? +
No. Your chat is processed entirely inside your browser tab. It never reaches our servers — we have no infrastructure to receive it. Physically impossible for us to read it.
Are my chats uploaded anywhere? +
No. The file you upload is opened locally in your browser's memory. It's similar to opening a photo in your phone's gallery app — the app reads it locally, it doesn't upload it anywhere.
Do you store my conversations? +
No. We have no database of conversations. When you close the browser tab, the data is gone entirely. We retain nothing about what was in your chat.
How are payments handled? +
Payments go through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see your card number, UPI ID, or banking details. Razorpay handles all of that securely on their end.
What happens after analysis is complete? +
Your results live in your browser tab. If you use the Share feature, a compressed summary of your stats is encoded into the URL — your actual messages are never shared. Close the tab and everything is gone.
Can anyone access my messages? +
No one — not us, not our team, not Cloudflare, not anyone. The data never leaves your device, so there's nothing for anyone to access. The only copy of your messages is the one on your own phone or computer.
Is this really safe to use? +
Yes. You can verify it yourself — open your browser's Network tab (F12 → Network) while uploading and running the analysis. You'll see zero requests being made to any server with your chat data. The privacy is real and verifiable.
